Precios Los precios de los alojamientos se indican por unidad y día. En tanto no se solicite una reserva, las tarifas están sujetas a fluctuaciones y pueden variar al alza o a la baja sin previo aviso. En consecuencia la tarifa aplicable a la reserva se corresponderá con la que estuviera en vigor y fuera mostrada al momento de pulsarse el botón de reserva. A la tarifa de reserva, que comprende los servicios incluidos (1) se añadirán como parte del precio final de la reserva las tarifas específicas de servicios opcionales que el Titular de la reserva seleccione.

(1)  El precio incluye alojamiento y impuestos.

Para grupos existen unas tarifas especiales para las cuales deberán tramitar directamente en la dirección de correo mencionada anteriormente. La habitación podrá ocuparse a partir de las 15:00 horas hasta las11:00 am del día de salida. Para obtener una salida del establecimiento más tarde de la hora indicada se debe hacer una previa petición por escrito, 48 horas antes como mínimo al día de salida a la dirección de correo info@adejeplaza.com, el cual será confirmado por la misma vía y siempre sujeto a disponibilidad del establecimiento. Este servicio de Salida Tarde tiene un costo extra de 50€ hasta max. Las 18 horas.

Por parte del cliente:

El cliente se compromete a hacer buen uso del alojamiento y de todos los enseres que pertenecen al mismo y a comunicar posibles daños que fueran causados por él durante su estancia, quedando obligado a restituiros.

Normas de convivencia

• El uso de las instalaciones es exclusivo de las personas alojadas, no estando permitida la entrada de invitados o personas ajenas a la reserva.
• Entrar al alojamiento con animales está prohibido.
• Política de edad mínima: todos los huéspedes deben tener 18 años acompañado de un adulto. Para confirmar la habitación debe presentar una identificación al momento de la llegada para verificarla edad del huésped.
• Dentro del establecimiento esta totalmente prohibido fumar.
• Usar aparatos que alteren los consumos previstos en los suministros.
• Realizar actividades que alteren las normas de convivencia o atenten contra el orden público. Guardar las horas de descanso de los demás, no se permiten ruidos a partir de las 23:00 horas hasta 10:00 am.

Confirmación de Reserva:

El Hotel Adeje Plaza se pondrá en contacto con el titular de la reserva a través de la dirección de correo facilitada por este le ofertará el precio por unidad o persona y día y toda la información que necesita para formalizar la reserva y cumplir con los requisitos del Registro de entrada al establecimiento. Tenga en cuenta que el Check In no se puede completar hasta que se haya recibido y aprobado el pago completo. or parte del Titular este correo debe ser contestado en las siguientes 24 horas a su recibo para garantizar dicha reserva.

Se ofertará dos tipos de Tarifas:

Tarifa Estándar; Se hará el cobro del 100% del total de la estancia, 72horas antes a su llegada.

Tarifa No Reembolsable: Se hará un cobro del total de la reserva en el momento de la confirmación de la misma Los derechos y obligaciones atribuidos con respecto a la reserva al Titular de la reserva no podrán ser objeto de cesión a terceros sin el consentimiento previo, expreso y por escrito: info@adejeplaza.com.

Cancelación de Reservas con Tarifa Estándar Podrá cancelar su reserva con un mínimo de 7 días con anterioridad al comienzo de la misma. La cancelación se deberá comunicar por escrito a la dirección de correo: info@adejeplaza.com

Enel supuesto de cancelación de reserva, se aplicarán unas tasas de cancelación, cuyo montante dependerá del plazo de aviso de cancelación. A continuación se detallan las tasas de cancelación aplicables:·       

• En caso de cancelación entre los 7 días antes del día de llegada: importe de primera noche de la reserva 
• En caso de cancelación el mismo día de llegada o en caso de no presentarse, se deberá abonará el precio total de la reserva.

Cancelación de Tarifa No reembolsable:

No se reembolsará el importe total de la reserva. Cancelación de una reserva por parte del Hotel Adeje Plaza. En el caso de que la reserva se vea afectada por eventos que imposibiliten radicalmente el uso de la habitación por causas ajenas a las partes, y no previstas e imprevisibles, cual es el caso de guerra, amenaza de guerra, disturbios, conflictos civiles, conflictos laborales, actividad terrorista, desastres naturales, incendios, condiciones climáticas adversas u otras circunstancias de fuerza mayor, la reserva podrá ser objeto de cancelación o modificación sin que ninguna indemnización por daños y perjuicios pueda ser exigible a Hotel Adeje Plaza por parte del cliente por este concepto. En el caso indicado se pondrían en contacto con el titular de la reserva a través de la dirección de correo facilitada por este y les ofrecería otra alternativa de igual o superior categoría y en el caso de que el Titular quisiera cancelar se le haría una bonificación de la estancia 100% a través de la cuenta (Tarjetas de crédito) que ha hecho el pago al Hotel Adeje Plaza. Una vez que usted reserva, todos los acuerdos de Política de Reserva se hacen cumplir. Usted entiende al reservar la habitación seleccionada, que ha accedido con cumplir con los Términos y Condiciones descritos. Todas las Tarifas están sujetas a cambios antes de que haya oficialmente reservado.

Reservation Policy Hotel Adeje Plaza

Booking Confirmation:

Non-refundable Rate Cancellation:
